The ICF Central Florida Competency Café is an interactive professional development series designed to deepen coaches’ understanding and application of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and PCC Markers. The series will provide a collaborative learning environment where coaches can strengthen their coaching presence, elevate coaching conversations, and develop greater confidence in demonstrating competency-aligned coaching behaviors at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.

Facilitated by Elias Scultori, MCC, each 90-minute session will combine competency education, reflective dialogue, live coaching demonstrations, discussion of PCC markers, and practical application exercises to support participants in integrating coaching competencies into real-world coaching engagements.

Learning Outcomes & Participant Benefits

Participants will leave the series with:

  • Greater clarity regarding the distinctions between coaching levels and competency markers
  • Increased ability to recognize competency-aligned behaviors in live coaching conversations
  • Practical tools and strategies to improve coaching effectiveness
  • Enhanced reflective practice and self-awareness as professional coaches
  • Stronger confidence in demonstrating ethical, client-centered coaching practices
  • Expanded understanding of how competencies support impactful leadership and human-centered conversations
  • A supportive peer-learning environment that encourages ongoing growth and accountability

Participants who attend all sessions will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ICF competency model and how each competency contributes to creating powerful, transformational coaching partnerships.
