Community Outreach

The ICF-Central Florida chapter is committed to raising the profile of coaching in the community through volunteer service and advocacy. Pro bono coaching gives our members the opportunity to contribute something meaningful while doing what we love to do—coach. Our talented coaches serve across multiple disciplines, including leadership, career, life, transitions, and more.

Why this matters:

Our outreach efforts highlight the value and impact of professional coaching while extending support to individuals and organizations who may not otherwise have access. This work strengthens our community and allows our coaches to share their skills with purpose and intention.

How you can engage:

If you are an organization, group, or nonprofit that could benefit from pro bono coaching and do not have the resources to hire a certified coach, we invite you to reach out.
