Gala Celebration and Brilliance Award Recap

In May 2025, we came together for a truly memorable weekend in Orlando to celebrate our chapter’s achievements and honor the incredible coaching impact made throughout Central Florida. From the lively welcome reception on Friday to the inspiring Brilliance Awards luncheon on Saturday, it was a time of reflection, connection, and celebration.

We're excited to share that the Brilliance Awards will now be an annual tradition. Moving forward, the Brilliance Awards will take place at our Holiday Gala. Each year, we gather to celebrate the holidays, and this is the perfect time to shine a spotlight on the power of coaching, honor outstanding contributions in our community, and enjoy time together as a chapter.

2026 Brilliance Awards

The Brilliance Awards were created and developed for the ICF Charter Chapter of Central Florida to recognize outstanding members and partners who make a profound impact to the coaching profession. Nominees for the first five categories must be current members of ICF-CF.
