Participants will explore a reflective coaching process designed to support clients in moving from localized problem-solving to purpose-driven transformation. Through the framework Why Change — What to Change — How to Cause the Change, coaches will practice facilitating deeper awareness that connects the client’s goals with their larger sense of purpose and professional identity.
Many clients initially seek to resolve surface issues — such as time management or productivity — without recognising the underlying patterns or values that truly drive their behaviour. This session invites coaches to guide clients beyond symptom-level goals, fostering insight, ownership, and meaningful decision-making. The workshop blends reflective inquiry, peer practice, and integration discussions to strengthen coaches’ presence, listening, and ability to hold transformative space for purposeful change.
Facilitated by Marta Villagra, professional coach, author, and developer of the “Think clearly and act with focus” approach — which integrates reflective inquiry, systems thinking, and behavioural awareness to promote purposeful action. With over two decades of experience in leadership development and executive coaching, Marta helps individuals and organisations connect clarity of thought with clear direction. Her work bridges coaching and neuroscience, offering practical ways to transform complex challenges into intentional choices.
