 Jennifer Currence


Jennifer Currence is a Senior Partner of HR Soul Consulting, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, where she delivers talent, culture, and strategy results through customized training and coaching programs for leaders. She is the content creator for the Society for Human Resource Management’s People Manager Qualification (PMQ), was named Tampa Bay’s Consultant of the Year in 2017, and was listed as one of the nation’s top 100 Influential HR professionals in Leadership and Development in September 2023.

Jennifer served as a professor of management at the University of Tampa’s college of business for 11 years. Jennifer has been published in several industry magazines and is the author of three books on behavioral business competencies in HR.

 

Dustin Johnson



Dustin Johnson has almost 20 years of experience using agile practices across multiple domains within and outside of the IT industry at every level of an organization with an approach to focusing agility on the whole organization and how every change affects all parties.

Currently Director of Enterprise Agility at Catalina, Dustin role has spanned other departments implementing practices including XP, CI/CD, ABDD & ATDD and establishing and managing a Agile Quality Center of Excellence as Director of Quality.

Dustin has mentored and guided organizations on Agile transformations including organizational change, Agile training, process improvement, and metric definitions. His ability to connect customer communication to cross-functional teams and executives has enhanced his ability to influence and drive collaboration, productivity, and success.
