The "next era of employee engagement” is an important priority for any organization today. 82% of employees want their company to see them as a person, not just an employee according to Gartner (2022). What does this mean? They want to be able to express themselves at work, they want their life needs to be addressed, they want individualized goals & approaches that work for them.

And because of this, leaders need to lead differently – cultivating personal connections, getting to the core of what inspires, motivates, and connects people individually. 

Intentional leadership is no longer a nice to have, it is an imperative.   

In this session, participants will learn about executive coaching as a way of building intentional leadership skills. 48% of global leaders want to learn from external coaching (DDI 2022). As coaches, we can support leaders in making the shift necessary to redesign their leadership approach to keep their workforce engaged and productive in a meaningful and connected way.
