Help your clients bring mindfulness to work (and life)
So many clients say they want to have a mindfulness meditation practice. They believe they will benefit from it. Yet they may struggle to find the time or have the discipline to keep this habit going. For many of our clients, the traditional image of meditation, sitting in silence on a pillow for 20 minutes, may not be accessible. There is another option. The client can choose to start small, finding their own best ways to make life and work more mindful in the small, in-between moments. And we can help them get there.
From this session, participants will learn:
- How to use an embodied mindful experience prior to each coaching session to become grounded and prepared to connect with the client
- How to facilitate short, embodied mindful experiences during coaching sessions with confidence
- When it might be helpful to facilitate an embodied mindful experience with the client during a coaching session
- How to facilitate the client’s ability to practice short, embodied mindful experiences in their daily lives outside of the coaching session
