About our Panelists

Lillian LeBlanc: My organization is Baptist Health South Florida, a six hospital system located in Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties, with close to 16,000 employees. My official title is Executive Leadership Development Coach and I oversee our internal leadership coaching practice (which includes a coach training program that we created and are submitting to ICF for ACTSH designation.)  I've worked with Baptist in various capacities since 2006. I'm a PCC and received my coach training from the University of Miami.

Michele Norris: Founder of Navigen Leadership. I have been researching Generational Implications for the Future @ Work, for 11 years. I spent 30 years in Corporate America in sales leadership for Xerox, ADP, and OfficeMax. I have become a Millennial believer and committed to change the negative stereotypes about all the generations in the workforce.  My mantra is, “We have only 10 more years with all three generations in the workplace.”  It has never been richer from a skill-set perspective. Let’s realize that our differences are the strengths needed to compete globally.”  I am an ACC and received my coach training from the University of Miami.

Pegotty Cooper, CDC®, CTA Certified Coach, Certified Workplace Mediator:  Since 2003 I have had a full-time leadership coaching practice and my clients kept telling me they needed to focus on their career and not on leadership. Recognizing that my value to clients lay in helping them to overcome a major challenge changed the whole focus of my coaching practice.  In 2010 my partner Randy and I discovered that divorce coaching was the missing professional need in the process of divorce.  We created the CDC Certified Divorce Coach Program in 2011 and now have over 60 Certified Divorce Coaches on our Find-a-Divorce Coach Directory. Attorneys, Mediators, Therapists, Coaches and Divorced Professionals all become certified divorce coaches.

Bob Barry:  CEO of On Point Couching Solutions, LLC. I consider myself a developing coach, but I have recently joined ICF Global. I have developed a specialization due to my connection with Mullin International and local non-profit, Tampa Bay Job Links. I serve both as a Sr. Career Coach/Consultant, providing personalized service to individuals who have lost their jobs or who are recently graduated. In either case, I work with them to develop and implement a career transition strategy. I have yet to be credentialed by the ICF, but I completed my coach training this year with Goal Imagery Institute, in New York.
