Cut to the Core with Laser Coaching
Presented by Laura Scott & Rhona Post
We would all love to have a full hour one-on-one with our clients, but sometimes that's not possible. So how do we get the most out of the time we have with our clients? How do we create the space and the presence that allows clients to feel comfortable and safe, within minutes.
ICF coaches Laura Scott and Rhona Post, show us how they use mindfulness techniques to quickly create the space and the mindset for effective coaching. We will also learn, and practice with our fellow coaches, a laser coaching process that can be used in any coaching situation. Laser coaching is a coaching process that cuts to the core of the issue, inviting clients to articulate quickly what changes, when executed, would make the biggest impact on their lives.
During this hour you will:
· Learn how mindfulness techniques can help foster a confident and spontaneous coaching presence.
· Understand the benefits of mindfulness as it relates to laser coaching.
· Learn the empowering questions that get to the core of the issues.
· Practice one-on-one with your coach colleagues and develop your own personal laser coaching style.
