Dr. Hank Clemons, known as “Dr. Hank”, is the founder and CEO of the Society of Emotional Intelligence. He is also a Training Partner of MHS (Multi Health Systems) where he facilitates EQ-i 2.0 and 360 emotional intelligence certification workshops. Since 1987, he has headed up the HLC Group, a management consulting firm. Hank is an experienced coach and consultant to organizations worldwide in emotional intelligence and leadership.
He is an active member of the National Speakers Association and the author of several books including: “Applying Emotional Intelligence from Mailroom to Boardroom” and “Could your Emotional Intelligence be Holding you Back?” Dr. Hank is the host of an internet talk show called “Let’s Talk EI’. The show is broadcast worldwide at noon EST the first Monday of each month and features a guest plus an open mike period discussing emotional intelligence and related topics.
