Presenters: Pegotty Cooper and Randy Keirn, Your Unwrappers for the Day!
Pegotty Cooper, soon to be PCC, has been coaching full time since 2003 when she was downsized from a Fortune 100 firm in Tampa Bay. It was the best thing that every happened to her and now she splits her time between professionals grappling with strategic career choices helping them with their leadership pursuits and to get the juices flowing again in their career; and training people to be Divorce Coaches so they can take their hard earned wisdom and support divorcing individuals through the rough spots in their divorce. She partners with her husband Randy Cooper in delivering both core competency coaching foundations and divorce coaching CCE hours approved by the ICF.
Randy Keirn, MPA, BSN, RN, EMT-P is President of Fully Involved Consulting, Inc., which specializes in delivering results through training and coaching in the areas of Conflict Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Culture change. Additionally, he serves as a Chief Officer with over 25 years of experience in the Fire Services. He is a certified Results Coach (through the NeuroLeadership Group), Master Trainer for Conflict Dynamics Profile, certified in Myers-Briggs Personality Test, and was honored as the 2010 State of Florida Fire Service Instructor of the Year. Randy has developed and facilitated Leadership training at Harley-Davidson Motor Company to Senior Leaders, Front Line Leaders, and Support Staff as part of their cultural transformation over the past three years at their four manufacturing facilities.
