Energy Work and Coaching presented by Rhona Post, MA, MCC
The root words “letting loosing that which is within” define development.
But how do we let loose to achieve a coaching presence, one of ICF’s core competencies?
In this interactive conversation led by Rhona Post, MCC, and leader of ICF’s Energy Work and Coaching Community of Practice, the group will explore how they can cultivate non-conceptual awareness to strengthen their coaching presence, addressing questions including ‘how to connect with the wholeness of the client, and how to relax yet still remain mindful, compassionate and curious?
Learning Objectives:
To strengthen participants’ awareness of how to build a coaching presence, Rhona will demonstrate the value and benefits of incorporating a three-pronged approach that includes the practice of mindfulness, somatic centering exercises and energy healing to promote wholeness.
Rhona Post, MA, MCC, a mindfulness practitioner who is also a certified somatic coach and energy practitioner (CI) will provide an overview of healer coaching, as she demonstrate various tools coaches can use to strengthen their non-conceptual awareness, integrating body, mind, emotions and spirit.
