Competency Cafe: Embodying the Coaching Mindset

The ICF Central Florida Competency Café is an interactive professional development series designed to deepen coaches’ understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies. The series provides a collaborative learning environment where coaches can strengthen their coaching presence, elevate coaching conversations, and develop greater confidence in demonstrating competency-aligned behaviors at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.

Facilitated by Elias Scultori, MCC, each 60-minute session combines competency education, reflective dialogue, live coaching demonstrations, discussion of PCC markers, and practical application exercises to support participants in integrating coaching competencies into real-world coaching engagements.
