He lives in a multi-generational household by choice, sharing his home with his wife Mandy of 33 years, their two children, their spouses, his granddaughter Aubrey, and his father. This vibrant family dynamic fuels his passion for helping others.
With 35 years of ministry experience, Jay has worked with teenagers, community leaders, and foreign missions worldwide.
