Back by popular demand is our exclusive Competency Café!! Do you wanting to strengthen your understanding of the updated Core Competencies and the PCC Markers? Do you want to clarify what coaching behaviors are conducive to quality coaching at ACC, PCC, and MCC level coaching and how that might benefit your business and coaching career by improving your understanding of the many nuances of each?
Join fellow curious coaches and colleagues that share your same interest in improving their understanding of the new competencies and markers AND your coaching skill set. Lead monthly by MCC Ken McKellar, MA, MCC, BCC, EMCC-ESIA, this open conversation will take you much deeper in your current understanding allowing you to be a better coach to your clients.
These will be live, bi-monthly calls and will NOT be recorded. Café hours will take place on Thursdays, bi-monthly, in our chapter zoom room. The meeting link will be provided once registered through the website.

Ken McKellar, MA, MCC, BCC, EMCC-ESIA
We are so honored to have Ken McKellar, MA, MCC, BCC, EMCC-ESIA leading our sessions this time. Ken is a seasoned leadership and life coach with over 15 years of experience. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ken mentors and supervises fellow coaches to help them achieve their full potential. He currently serves as the Coach Development Lead at Bravely, mentors at the Coach Diversity Institute, NYU, and works as an independent coach.
Ken holds an MA in Psychology from Hood College and a BA in Psychology from West Virginia University. His certifications include Board Certified Coach (BCC), Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC), EMCC Global EIA Accreditation: Senior Practitioner, EMCC Global ESIA, Certified Coach (IAC-CC), and Trauma-Informed Coaching Certification (TICC). He is also a published author and motivational speaker.
