For the first time since 2021, and in a significant move for our community, the ICF-CF will co-host an event with the ACMP Association of Change Management Professionals. This joint meeting is a testament to the overlap, complement, and collaboration between Coaching and Change Management, which are crucial in optimizing change in the workplace. This event, a unique opportunity for ICF-CF members, follows three April ACMP Florida Chapter Power Networking events in Tampa Bay. We strongly encourage our members to seize this chance to expand their network with esteemed Change Management professionals.

A $10 fee to attend is required in advance, and registration is required. The event is limited to 55 registrants. Light bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Participants may gather in Ybor following the event for drinks and further networking.

After spending 25 years in corporate leadership positions and honing her skills in operations, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development, she founded White Cap Coaching, a coaching & consulting firm. As an Executive Coach, Tricia helps her clients explore ways to maximize their executive-level leadership skills and accelerate their overall professional development. Her unique background allows her to bring real-life expertise and understanding around talent, culture and leadership to every coaching engagement and is she committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve positive results.  Tricia believes this can be done with authenticity and in staying true to values, beliefs, and style.

Stephanie is the Managing Partner of Profitability Works Inc, a management consulting firm specializing in helping construction companies align culture and improve business performance after recent acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, or explosive growth. As the senior coach and consultant, Stephanie has experience in leading and developing teams that effectively sell, service, and install technical products/software to healthcare/government/educational institutions.  She supports her clients through leading strategy and executing turnarounds, including successfully leading and executing transformation initiatives with teams of up to 20,000 employees. Stephanie excels at developing and implementing training/coaching methods and recruitment methods to improve productivity and retention of key talent, effecting cultural change to create high-performing teams that exceed targets.


Dr. Phildra Swagger, PCC

Dr. Phildra J. Swagger, an esteemed executive leadership coach and consultant, brings a wealth of experience from her rich educational administration and strategic planning background. Over her 30-year career, she has excelled in leading strategic initiatives and fostering collaborative, equity-focused environments. As the President and CEO of Combined Expertise Inc., Dr. Swagger provides executive coaching and successfully implements leadership programs in diverse settings.
