1.5 Core CCE

In a world where coaching is evolving rapidly, staying at the forefront of your profession is essential. ICF now mandates that coaches renew their credentials every three years, irrespective of their ACC, PCC, or MCC level. Join fellow coaches Jody Conway and Rachelle Stone, both esteemed Professional Certified Coaches (PCCs) and ICF Mentor Coaches, as they lead a dynamic conversation on the updated competencies. With their extensive experience, having completed the 40-hour ICF PCC Assessor Training Program, they bring invaluable insights into what assessors seek during credential renewals and advancements.

Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Improve Coaching Competence: Identify strategies and tools to ensure your coaching remains aligned with your accreditation level, whether renewing your credentials or aspiring to advance them.

  • Address Challenging Competency Markers: Engage in a conversation about the most challenging competency markers to meet and receive guidance and how to overcome them through case study analysis and breakout sessions.

  • Navigate the Credential and Renewal Process: (should time allow) Learn the ins and outs of ICF's new three-year credential renewal requirement, including the ten hours of mentor coaching and assessment of coaching recordings (new credential only).

  • BONUS: The ICF Candidate Guide (available for ACC, PCC, and MCC) will be provided to all on the call who are ready to begin their certification (or renewal of certification) process. This is a 53-page, step-by-step guide that will ensure you are prepared to submit your tapes and sit for your exam after you’ve completed your 10 hours of mentor coaching.

Whether you want to up-level your core competencies knowledge, prepare for credential renewal, or advance your coaching credentials, this session will equip you with the knowledge and strategies to succeed in the ever-evolving coaching landscape. Don't miss this opportunity to amplify your ability to hit your target on Core Competencies!

About our Speakers:

Jody Conway, PhD, PCC, is an executive coach dedicated to helping leaders and executives come full circle and achieve their professional goals. Jody is known for her no-nonsense approach to engaging and navigating complex corporate business environments.

Jody began her career as a trainer/educator and moved into executive coaching, working with clients across various industries and countries. She is a skilled listener, helping clients maximize their strengths. As an educator, she has dedicated her research to finding ways to embrace all generations, coaching, and nurturing their understanding and learning, making them influential contributors within organizations.

She established Full Circle Coaching Inc. to lead companies to the benefits of developing a coaching culture. She is a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC), ICF Central Florida Charter Chapter 2022-2023 President, certified Wellness and Health Coach, CODA- Connected Leadership facilitator, SEI Certified coach, and ICF Mentor Coach.

Her last certification is her most exciting and tasty; as a barbeque judge for the Florida Barbeque Association, she and her husband spend weekends determining the best presentation, taste, and tenderness on the FL BBQ circuit. Let her help you smoke the competition.

Rachelle Stone, PCC, CPQC spent over 25 years in Miami's DMC/Meetings industry.  She was consistently recognized as one of the Top 25 DMCs in the country while remaining active in her industry associations. She sat for over 14 years on the ADMEI board of directors while serving as President of a national consortium of DMCs, all while winning multiple awards for being a top industry producer year after year. In 2014, after bringing an under-producing business to over $5m in less than a year, she hit a level of burnout that was wholly unexpected and unacceptable to her, resulting in early retirement at 48.

Now, as a trained Executive and leadership Coach, Rachelle has made it her mission to combine this hard-won wisdom and experience to crack the code on burnout and balance for others. Rachelle is Brené Brown Dare to Lead ™ trained, a Certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness ™ coach, and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach. Rachelle continues to show her commitment and support to the next generation of coaches by serving on the ICF-Central Florida chapter board of directors, supporting those new to the industry, and mentoring other coaches to obtain their advanced coaching credentials. Rachelle manages her well-being by shelling often, practicing P-Volve and Pilates daily, and rescuing and re-homing Pugs.
