2012 Leadership Retreat

Playing Full Out: Leveraging Strengths -Transforming Community Together

Goals for the Retreat:

Building on the extraordinary experience of “The Coaching Experience” held during International Coaching Week and on other collaborative projects -   

• Strengthened connections between participants
• Develop one or more projects to be carried out in the next year. Individuals will create projects/initiatives of interest to them and collaborate with other TBPCA members to complement their skills and to hold each other accountable for completing the event or the project.

As a result:

• Members have the opportunity to build their skills and/or mentor others in their areas of strength;
• Connections are built and the TBPCA community strengthened as members work together; and
• Leadership for individual initiatives is identified at the retreat!

Format: Discussion, Open Space Technology, and Small Work Groups.

Agenda:

8:30- 9:00 am              Breakfast

9 - 12 noon                  Connecting Conversations

12 – 1 pm                    Lunch

1 – 3:30 pm                 Open Space- Small Groups

3:30 – 4:30 pm            What’s Next – Taking the Steps to Build Success

Open to all TBPCA members.  No cost to register.  Food provided at no cost by TBPCA.  Registration is required by September 24. You must be a member to attend.
