Our brain is the most powerful source of technology on this planet and our unconscious mind holds the wisdom to unlock this power. This interactive presentation combines how each of our client’s brains uniquely stores information that creates their results and how to get to the root cause of what is unconsciously blocking them. Often when a client does not get a core need met, they suppress an aspect of their authentic self. This interactive presentation will be using the Neuro Linguistic Programing Communication Model. Participants will learn how to use negotiations techniques to get

to the unconscious need and uncover the suppressed identity for deeper, long lasting, coaching results. 

Learning outcomes include:

• Participants will learn how our brain stories and organizes information that create our results
• Participants will learn how to coach from the conscious “wants” down to the unconscious “needs” not getting met to increase clarity on the next best action step.

• Participants will learn to listen for client’s unconscious language patterns that will inform deeper empowering questions so that their client have increased accountability, motivation, and results.

About our Speaker:

He has a MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding.
