While 2020 was the year of virtual, 2021 may be the year of hybrid (hopefully!) as we reimagine what work and life can look like. During this session, we will be exploring core best practices for coaching many (groups and teams) online, as it relates to design, implementation and marketing.

What to expect:

Scaling the coaching conversation to groups and teams, virtually has never been more important. During this interactive session, Jennifer Britton, author of From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching, and Effective Virtual Conversations, will be sharing best practices for coaching many, with a specific emphasis on the virtual and online space.

During our time together Jennifer be leading an interactive session touching on the best practices for designing, marketing, and implementing virtual group and team coaching.

1. Essential elements to differentiate a group or team coaching experience, particularly if they are hybrid, virtual or online.

2. Implementation tips for creating a WOW experience every time.

3. Core elements teams and groups need in order to thrive in the hybrid and remote space.

4. Several of your core questions around virtual and online program deliveries.

About our speaker:

Coach, author and thought leader in the area of group and team coaching, Jennifer Britton has been an early pioneer in the virtual and remote space. Since the early 1990s she’s led teams and programming virtually, first in the international humanitarian sector, later through her company, Potentials Realized, an award-winning coaching skills training company.

Since 2004 her focus has been on virtual programming which often incorporates digital journaling approaches. Most days you’ll find Jenn leading a myriad of virtual programs – from remote team development, to virtual retreats for business owners, to group coaching programs leveraging journaling.

Jennifer Britton is the author of five books including her first – Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010), her middle – Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), and her latest – PlanDoTrack Workbook and Planner for Virtual and Remote Professionals (2019).

She’s also the co-host of the Remote Pathways podcast which explores the myriad of ways professionals work remote. She has 2 new books coming out during 2021 including Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to thrive in the virtual, remote and hybrid world.
