We recognize that in order to serve our clients, we must take care of ourselves. Without self-care we cannot serve others. Join us for a virtual 30-minute mindfulness/meditation session. We will take a break from the craziness of COVID-19 to give ourselves a time to breathe and rejuvenate. Join us at 12:30 pm on Zoom. Andrea Gemma, PCC will guide us through this mindfulness journey.
