Presenter:  Dr. Jan C. Bouch, Psy.D., PCC

July 19, 2019 ICF-ICF Webinar 12-1:30 pm – 1.5 CCEU (CC)

Course Description:

Conversations are not what we think they are. Conversations are dynamic, interactive, and inclusive. In the increasingly complex and volatile social and business environments that organizations operate in, leaders who are unable to tap into and harness the full intuitive and innate intelligence of their multiple brains (head, heart and gut brains aligned together) are at a distinct disadvantage.

This presentation will introduce how generative and adaptive coaches are able to help their clients harness the innate wisdom of their head, heart, and gut intelligences for powerful.

Learning Objectives:

  • Introduce how to use your multiple brains for wisdom
  • Practice balanced breathing and coherence
  • Recognize where and how you notice reactions in your body
  • Name common expressions of the heart, brain and gut
  • Tell the difference between para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems
  • Describe techniques to assist clients with up and down regulation
  • List sequencing for coherence
  • Describe the implications of emerging science as it relates to coaching
