Program Description:
Many coaches find business development to be a challenge. Being a great coach is important , of course, but it’s also critical to find just the right way to market your capabilities and successfully operate your coaching business. Join us to hear real life success stories form a panel of participants in our chapter’s Business Development Masterminds. You’ll come away with a new perspective on how to assess your own business development needs as well as fresh ideas to grow your business.

Pegotty was certified in 2001 as a Coach through CTA, it took me 3 more years to have the courage to go out on my own. When I was downsized out from my executive position with a Fortune 100 company just 3 months after my husband experienced the same, it was a challenge to get enough clients to be sustainable before we blew through much of our retirement savings. I learned a number of invaluable lessons about being a coach, and getting paid for my services that I now share with coaches that I train and certify to help them be successful faster!

Elise Auxier
Elise is an executive and entrepreneurial coach who works with people who want to achieve more success and have deeper satisfaction in their lives.
After graduating from The University of Michigan with a degree in Philosophy Elise joined the corporate world working for Xerox and Covidien. After taking a few years off to be at home with her two young children Elise re-entered the corporate world as a National Sales Manager with a privately owned, international food service company. She then took the plunge as an entrepreneur starting and operating a successful sign fabrication and graphics company. Her decades of experience are invaluable as a touchstone for knowledge, enthusiasm and vision for the clients she partners with. Elise has been trained by The University of Tampa, The Institute for Professional Coaching (iPEC), Brendon Burchard and Rich Litvin. She is a member of the ICF- Central Florida and is also a Certified Recovery Coach from the Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery
Don Knagge
Don is an accomplished corporate executive and entrepreneur, with three decades of both Domestic and International experience in a multitude of industries, and leadership roles. He has developed an eclectic approach to organizational development, and strategic planning, which has inspired and driven high levels of success for his clients. Don uses his personal and professional background to coach executives, business owners, emerging leaders and high potentials to optimize their performance, creating sustainability in transition, and optimize their leadership skills through self-mastery and personal power.
Don’s certifications include CPC -ACC- COR.E Dynamics Transitions Specialist (CDTS), Performance Specialist (CDPS), Leadership Specialist (CDLS), Behavioral, Motivational, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Analyst, and Energy Index - Master Practitioner
Michael Kline
An expert on success and emotions, Michael is the 11th of 12 children born into poverty to an abusive alcoholic father, living in junkyard. He lost his mother at age 7 and discovered powerful lessons about life, love and potential. His journey from the junkyard is proof of what’s possible for anyone. He became the turn-around president of a franchise company with 35 locations, then a six-time successful entrepreneur himself. Mike delivers over 100 webinars and over 200 hours of in-person RIM training yearly. He is a Senior Jack Canfield Methodology Trainer, a Master Certified RIM Facilitator and Trainer and a Barrett Value Center Consultant. He helps individuals and organizations, measure, manage and shift emotions, beliefs and behaviors to produce extraordinary results.
Yvonne Acquafredda
Yvonne has 17 years of varied business experience, working for healthcare providers, insurers and suppliers as well as national retail chains. She has also worked with an executive search firm focusing in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Her recent coaching clients include business owners, leaders and private individuals. She is known as a trusted and skilled professional, with specialized expertise in personal and professional transformation, volunteer leadership development, marketing and professional coaching. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of Miami, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University and Certificate in Professional Coaching from Erickson College in Vancouver.
