You are invited to welcome a New Year of opportunities of personal and professional growth. Join us to experience a unique form of brainstorming that you can use with clients, while you also help to shape the future of ICF-CF.
We’ll use a facilitated discussion process to get us inspired and engaged, focusing on how professional coaching opens the door to increased opportunity. Using the Open Space Technology process, we will work together, conversing around topics associated with the coaching profession that have the potential to make a profound impact. You will have the opportunity to select topics of interest that resonate most with you and contribute your ideas, insights and recommended actions for greater success. You may fly like butterflies from conversation to conversation, or stay engaged where you feel most connected.
No matter how you want to show up, we value your input and invite you to come and play full out with us while you also learn, through experience, how to use this unique process… We count on your presence to make this 2019 kick-start inspirational, meaningful, and engaging for all.
About the Facilitator:
Giuseppe Totino, Master Certified Coach and Certified Professional Facilitator, is the principal of Giuseppe Totino LLC, a leadership and executive coaching business. For over 15 years he has worked with leaders in organizations and in the training of coaches as well as mentoring coaches who are applying for credentials. Giuseppe received his master coach credential in 2018, and is currently among the youngest to hold this credential worldwide. He has received certifications from The International Coach Academy, the Institute of Cultural Affairs, and has studied with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
Giuseppe has been part of the Faculty at several coaching schools since 2009. He runs both Group and Individual Mentor Coaching Programs, and is the creator of The EASY Framework, to help coaches easily and intuitively build confidence of the Coaching Core Competencies that are being exhibited when in a coaching conversation.
Giuseppe is an ICF Registered Mentor Coach and an Assessor for the ICF MCC and PCC credentialing. In 2018 he was invited to learn the behavioral markers for ICF and subsequently to launch and deliver the PCC Markers Training Program in Spanish.
Giuseppe is a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators, where he is also a member of the Nominations Committee for the IAF Global Board Elections. He provides executive education at the Rollins College Crummer School of Business, where he teaches Facilitative Leadership.
Giuseppe has facilitated groups for more than 20 years. His experience includes both the facilitation of learning in the context of executive education programs as well as facilitation of meeting/group work supporting clients reaching specific objectives.
Giuseppe moved from Europe in 2017 and now lives in central Florida. He is addicted to Tango.
