The demographic tsunami has landed and we are now experiencing increased demand for professional coaches. The future is bright as coaching businesses will grow as the world of work changes over the next 7 years. Coaching professionals (life coaches, wellness coaches, transitional coaches, business coaches, and leadership and executive coaches) can leverage this work shift to integrate coaching as a critical component of growth. While organizations may not be ready for The Future @ Work, learn how you as a coach can help ease this approaching tsunami.

About the Presenter:
As President and CEO of Navigen Leadership, LLC, Michele Norris helps her clients attract, retain, and empower the workforce of the future.
In 2003, after decades of working with high-level mangers, front line leaders, and employees of organizations both big and small, Michele Norris started to notice a change. Millennials had arrived in the workforce and immediately challenged her leadership skills. She readily admits she was an epic failure at leading them and realized she needed to understand what was happening.
As Michele discovered the demographic changes, she began to research this new and complex generation. With her newfound knowledge, her passion became preparing today's organizations for the inevitable changes that come with the Future @ Work. Michele is a navigational facilitator who specializes in generational education, executive and leadership coaching, corporate culture and strategic leadership.
