Cultivating Conversations that Matter

March 23 (Tampa)

Panel: Dr. Sandra Braham, Sherri Sutton & Bobbi Gemma (Facilitator)

In our ever-increasing polarized world, we encounter incivility and conflict daily. Helping our clients navigate these difficult and stressful conversations is more critical every day as they are faced with “hot” topics that set off emotional responses.

Masterful coaches ask powerful questions that help the client move from point A to point B. We’re highly skilled at not giving advice or leading the client, but we often struggle when our own biases and barriers mask our client’s triggers, preventing both of us from seeing the big picture.

Join us to begin cultivating conversations honoring our own triggers and having greater insight into our clients. We will explore opportunity with a live client demonstration, working with powerful questions, introspection, and feedback. Whether you are new to coaching, or have many years in the profession, you will be able to add some new techniques to help your clients, neighbors, friends, and community.
