Announcing a not-to-be missed International Coaching Week experience for coaches and business leaders.

Join us to observe a live coaching session, conducted by ICF Master Certified Coach and ICF Central Florida member Tracy Stevens. Tracy will conduct the live coaching session with a volunteer from the audience. In the session, she will utilize the ICF Core Coaching Competencies to demonstrate the power of co-creating and partnering with the client, leveraging deep hearing, powerful questioning and client-focused action planning. A session debrief/Q&A will be conducted by Bobbi Gemma, Master Certified Coach and also a member of ICF Central Florida.

Coaching is a proven strategy for leadership development and for personal enrichment. Coaching has delivered a solid ROI for many organizations and individuals. This program will enlighten participants through increased awareness of the process of coaching when fully aligned with ICF’s Core Competencies, and the successful outcomes that it produces.

About Tracy:

Tracy Stevens, MCC CMCC applies 30+ years experience in innovative leadership strategies, tools and best practices to business. Her experience includes leadership positions in public and private business, including companies such as IBM, Oracle, Xerox and Kodak. Tracy has also held leadership positions with a variety of charitable, and coaching organizations. Her work has taken her to the United Kingdom, Europe, to the South Pacific, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Japan, as well as many parts of the United States and Canada.

She has authored and co-authored more than a dozen coaching skills training programs, including The University of Miami’s Professional Coaching Program, Corporate Coach U and others. She is past Chair of the ICF’s Credentialing and Program Accreditation Committee, Director of Credentialing & Accredited Programs for Corporate Coach U and the Director of Credentialing for CCNI. She is an active Faculty member for several ICF Accredited Coach Training Programs and Professional Mentor-Supervision coach.

Trained in professional and corporate coaching by Corporate Coach U (CCUI), Coach U, CoachWorks International, The Experiential Learning Center and The Center for Creative Leadership. Tracy has obtained the highest designation in the profession of coaching from the International Coach Federation, Master Certified Coach. Of the 20,000 Credentialed Coaches in the world only 700 have achieved this distinction. She continues to expand her skills through continued education and experience. She also holds credentials as a Master Certified Christian Coach, Certified Corporate Business Coach, Professional Mentor Coach and ICF Registered Mentor Coach.

Bobbi Gemma holds the prestigious Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She has 20 years of experience in the coaching profession and 25 years in training and development.

Her coaching experience includes executive coaching and leadership coaching within a wide range of organizations including: Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, associations, universities and small and mid-sized businesses. She also provides coaching to individuals reaching for big goals, developing stronger relationships, growing in their profession, balancing life, moving through significant transitions.
