Kay Hanis
Equine Assisted Coach, Contemplative Archery, Integrative Health Coach, Holistic Health & Wellness Coach
Drawing from her experience as a Wholistic Physician, Diplomate Acupuncture Physician (Inact. Status), Western and Eastern Herbologist, a Therapist specializing in Trauma and Loss, and an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, Kay Hanis is a trained Integrative Medicine Health Coach (Duke University IM Program) HeartMath and Stress Reduction & Mindfulness facilitator. Kay is certified as a Yoga and Zentangle Instructor.
In her early 20's, Kay was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and debilitating Arthritis and Gout. Through Nutritional and Homeopathic methods, she has been symptom free since that time. Her purpose is to pay forward this Blessing. Currently a State of Florida Guardian ad Litem, Volunteer at Lake Nona VA Center, Volunteer with Pawsitive Action Foundation and Author of its Big Matt Project, designed to help disabled Veterans needing Service dogs, and Member of the Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce. Kay has served a a Board Member of the DeLand/Daytona ACLU, Lake Wynona YMCA, and as an Advisory Board Member of a Published Research Study with Emory University, the University of Florida and the Farmworkers Association of Florida on the effects of Pesticides on Pregnant Farmworkers and their children. She has written numerous articles on Healthy Living & 5 Element Chinese Methodology & Feng Shui. She is Developer of a series of Alternative Integrative Charts on Healing. Toxic Free Living of Mind, Body & Spirit are the Foci of her work.
Larry Green
Larry Green is a certified kinesiology instructor with over 30 years teaching and working in the field. He is a pioneer using and teaching Kinesiology and Energy Medicine with horses and other animals. Larry is the creator of the Energy Medicine For Pets, Kinesiology For Horses and the Miracle Workers Training classes. Larry, and his wife Arlene, co- direct the U.S. Kinesiology Training Institute in Chapel Hill NC. Larry Green will share his experience working with people and with horses
