Be Here, Be Present, Be Authentic, Be Fierce

During this program we will explore how to use fierce conversations, which is “Questions Only—no declarative statements,” in your coaching practice.
You’ll be able to take away three of Susan Scott’s “Fierce Conversation” processes:
• The Integrity Scan: Can expose the “outages” or the gaps between your core values and your policies or actions, and this knowledge is the first step in being authentic.
• The “Mineral Rights” conversation: A series of questions tease out information that the person has been pretending not to know, or is avoiding at all costs.
• The personal “Stump Speech:” Articulation of your goals, your intentions and your path to achievement.
