How do Gender Biases support us? How do gender biases block us from being successful?
Jane Barr, CEO Kinnexion - will take us through an exercise that will allow us to discover our hidden gender biases (everyone has at least one) and she will facilitate a practice session for shifting our gender biases into a way of thinking that supports both masculine and feminine communication styles.
This interactive program will be followed by a Q&A session.
During this program we will explore:
• Gender preferences that can either catapult a career or keep our coaching clients from reaching their full potential.
• Hidden gender biases that may be keeping you, as a coach, from fully supporting your clients.
• An alternative perspective for working together that honors both masculine and feminine communication styles.
