With the ICF rolling out the new Core Competencies as of January 2021, our February program is the perfect time to provide for our chapter a demonstration of what the different levels of coaching look like moving forward. This coaching demonstration will showcase the competencies required at each level (ACC, PCC, and MCC) necessary to exemplify when pursuing certification.
The ICF-CF is fortunate to have both several MCCs and Core Competency Assessors in our chapter allowing us to provide this program 100% internally for our members, by our members! Moderated by Bobbi Gemma, MCC, with coaching demonstrations by Giuseppe Totino MCC, CPF, LLM, MSc, and Angela Cusack MCC this is a program you want to make sure you are present for.

About our coaches:
Bobbi Gemma, MCC has been a MCC since 2001 and has been a mentor/supervisor for new, emerging coaches for more than 20 years. Bobbi is a member of the faculty at the University of Miami in the Certified Professional Coach program, faculty at Healthcare Coaching Institute and former Adjunct at University of South Florida. Bobbi has developed coaching skills courses supporting managers and leaders in organizations as well as for universities. She has acted as an Assessor for ICF, is a founding member of ICF, founded Coastal Carolinas ICF chapter, Chaired the 2003 Southeastern Coaching Conference, was the Southeastern Liaison for ICF, and has been a speaker at regional and national conferences.
Giuseppe Totino MCC, CPF, LLM, MSc has been a MCC since 2018, Giuseppe is currently among the youngest to hold this credential worldwide. In 2019 and 2020, as a Subject Matter Expert, he has been part of the Work Team that contributed to the update of the ICF Coaching Core Competencies and the Professional-level (PCC) Coaching Competency Markers. He has appeared in several ICF educational and promotional videos of the new Competencies. An ICF registered Mentor Coach, ICF Assessor and Trainer of ICF Assessors worldwide, he also reviews and assesses applicant’s coaching for the various levels of certification.
Angela Cusack, MCC Angela is a Master Certified Coach and an Accredited Coach Supervisor who is skilled in working with multi-cultural executive leadership teams and global organizations, She is committed to excellence in her profession by being actively involved with the ICF-Central Florida Chapter (ICF-CF), the Greater Orlando Organizational Development Network (Good Network), and the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). She is certified by three recognized coaching programs. Angela serves as Mentor Coach to aspiring coaches throughout the United States and Asia Pacific in the following programs: Newfield Network, The Coach Partnership aka Newfield Asia, Institute for Generative Leadership and Narrative Coach. Angela serves as Mentor Program Coach to aspiring coaches throughout the United States and Asia Pacific.
