Coaching, or using a coaching approach, has immense power to move individuals, teams and entire organizations in a positive direction.
The power of coaching lies in understanding the skills that are needed to effectively partner and co-create success with another.
In this interactive workshop, we will explore 3 foundational core coaching competencies and discuss the approaches endorsed by the International Coach Federation – the global leader in professional coaching – to create and sustain positive change. You’ll come away with knowledge that will improve your ability to effectively coach, support and connect with others.
Through roundtable discussions with a team of ICF Central Florida’s leaders and most experienced coaches, participants will explore:
1. Powerful Questioning: Learn how to ask the right question at just the right time, to unlock insights that support change. – Sindy Cassidy, PCC
2. Active Listening: Learn how to enable listening beyond the surface, to hear and understand even what is unspoken. – Belinda Brown PCC
3. Designing Action: Learn the critical difference between action and motion, to support the creation of meaningful steps that result in sustained success.. – Guen Morr, PCC
About our Presenters:
Belinda Brown, PCC - Belinda is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed her coach training at the Institute for Professional Coaching (iPEC). She serves as Community Outreach Chair of ICF Central Florida. Belinda is the principal for Orlando-based Equanimity Executive, LLC and also serves as President for the Lake Nona Chamber of Commerce.
Sindy Cassidy, PCC - Sindy is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed her coach training at the Institute for Professional Coaching (iPEC). She serves President of ICF Central Florida. Sindy is the principal of Orlando-based Cassidy Coaching, and is the former Executive Vice President for Right Management.
Guenevere Morr, PCC - Guen is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed her coach training at the Coach’s Training Institute (CTI). She serves as Program Co-Chair of ICF Central Florida. Guen is the principal of Naked Tree Living and also holds an MA degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling
About our Facilitator:
Lillian LeBlanc, PCC- Lil is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and completed her coach training at the University of Miami. She serves as President-Elect of ICF Central Florida. Lil currently works as Executive Leadership Development Coach for Baptist Health South Florida and also services private clients through Ibis Coaching, LLC.
