Partner With Us to Advance Coaching

Becoming a volunteer, partner, or sponsor with ICF-Central Florida is a great way to add your support and influence to building great coaches inside a vibrant and active community of practice. Our goal is to provide top-notch coaching solutions to our coaching communities and the world at large — and we need your support to make this happen.

AN ALL-VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY DRIVEN BY PURPOSE

The ICF Central Florida Chapter is entirely volunteer-powered. Everything we deliver — programming, communications, pro bono coaching, social events, new member onboarding, membership engagement, finance, community outreach, and sponsorship relationships — is only possible because of our committee members' contributions.

Participating in our committees is a great way to grow your coaching network, cultivate new friendships, develop new skills, see your ideas and interests reflected in the chapter, and have fun working with very collaborative teams. Our committees are also our leadership development pipeline.

For those interested in future contributions to the ICF-CF Chapter Board, joining a committee is the starting point to learn about and contribute to growing the chapter.

Three Ways to Partner With ICF-CF

2. Become a Sponsor

Best for: Businesses & Institutions

3. Support Community Outreach

Partner with us to extend pro bono coaching to organizations and nonprofits who may not otherwise have access to certified coaching support. Help make coaching's impact accessible to all.

Community Outreach

The ICF-Central Florida chapter is committed to raising the profile of coaching in the community through volunteer service and advocacy. Pro bono coaching gives our members the opportunity to contribute something meaningful while doing what we love to do — coach. Our talented coaches serve across multiple disciplines, including leadership, career, life, transitions, and more.

Why this matters:

Our outreach efforts highlight the value and impact of professional coaching while extending support to individuals and organizations who may not otherwise have access. This work strengthens our community and allows our coaches to share their skills with purpose and intention.

Who we serve:

Nonprofits, community groups, and mission-driven organizations across Central Florida who would benefit from professional coaching and do not have the resources to hire a certified coach.

How to engage:

If you are an organization, group, or nonprofit that could benefit from pro bono coaching, we invite you to reach out. Email us at office@icf-cf.com and we'll connect you with the right coach for your needs.
