It is an honor to serve as the 2026 President of ICF-Central Florida. Since joining the board in 2020, I have served as Director of Programming, Chapter Liaison, and President-Elect — each role deepening my commitment to this chapter and to the coaching profession.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 2,100 coaching hours, I specialize in leadership and executive coaching with a whole-person approach. My passion is simple: no one should ever burn out of a career or life they love, and I bring that conviction to every coaching relationship and to everything we do as a chapter.

Jody Conway, PhD, PCC, serves as Secretary of ICF Central Florida and brings a depth of leadership shaped by years of service, including roles as President, Past President Sponsorship Chair, ICF Liaison, and President-Elect. Her long- standing commitment reflects a deep passion for advancing the coaching profession and fostering a thriving, connected coaching community.

As founder of Full Circle Coaching, she partners with individuals and organizations to elevate clarity, purpose, and impact. Jody specializes in leadership and executive coaching through the lens of the whole person. With over 2,000 coaching hours and several decades in higher education and business. As a Mentor Coach and ICF trained Assessor, Jody is committed to shaping coaches and leaders who spark lasting, meaningful transformation. I am a native of Central Florida, though I have a deep love for the mountains, having spent several years in North Carolina and Georgia before returning to Florida in 2020. With over 25 years in Talent Development, my path naturally evolved into coaching. My husband, Eric, and I share our home with three dogs, a cat, and a passion for all things Disney.

Since joining the board in 2023, I have served in multiple leadership roles, beginning as Co-Chair of the Outreach Committee and now as Global Liaison and President-Elect. I’m honored to continue this journey as I prepare to step into the role of President in the coming years.

I am passionate about supporting coaches in our community—helping them grow their businesses, strengthen their skills, and expand the reach of coaching within organizations. My focus is on fostering connection, increasing awareness of coaching, and creating meaningful opportunities for engagement.

I strive to lead with authenticity, compassion, and courage. My mission is to help others reconnect with themselves so they can extend that same care and understanding to the world around them.

My vision is for our chapter to be a vibrant and trusted resource for coaches, clients, and organizations across Central Florida—expanding the impact of coaching in meaningful and lasting ways.

Robert Baggett brings more than 24 years of distinguished public service to his role as Managing Partner of Pinnacle Coaching Services. His career spans leadership as a Federal law enforcement administrator, diplomat, educator, and oversight professional. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) through the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC), Robert has completed more than 500 hours of coaching. He partners with clients to gain clarity, overcome challenges, and create intentional strategies for success.

As Treasurer, I am committed to continuing the chapter’s legacy of excellence and leaving it even better than I found it, though that will be an easy task given its current state as a well-oiled machine.

Jo is a dedicated wellness coach specializing in helping women overcome emotional eating and self-sabotage. Having personally experienced struggles with compulsive eating and body image, she transformed her life through a holistic approach focused on small, sustainable changes. Jo now empowers others to reclaim control of their health by mastering their thoughts and emotions. Her coaching philosophy centers on making changes that are easy, natural, and permanent, guiding clients toward lasting wellness in body, mind, and spirit.

She envisions a world where women fully embrace their worth, stand up for what they truly want, and finally achieve happiness and joy.

Motivated by a desire to build meaningful connections within the coaching community and to give back by supporting others' growth and development, Jo joined the board. As a new board member, her primary responsibilities are to assist the president and support the board’s decision-making processes. With 25 years of senior leadership experience at QVC Group, most recently serving as Chief Digital Officer for HSN, I bring a deep understanding of leading at scale, developing talent, and driving organizational growth. Through leading large teams, sponsoring the Women’s Team Member Resource Group, and mentoring leaders both inside and outside the organization, I discovered that coaching was not just a passion—it was the work I was meant to pursue full time.

I am now the Founder of Leadership Growth Group, an executive coaching and consulting firm based in Tampa, where I partner with leaders to strengthen clarity, confidence, and accountability as they scale themselves and their organizations.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership, product, and program management, she brings a strategic and practical perspective to her work. With over 25 years of international experience in peacebuilding, spiritual leadership, and empowerment, my work centers on fostering belonging, compassion, and awareness within individuals and communities.

My journey into coaching began as a natural extension of my lifelong dedication to personal and collective transformation. I became a coach to help individuals awaken to their worth and potential, deconstruct limiting beliefs, embody peace from within and contribute in service for a better world. I view coaching as a sacred partnership that nurtures awareness, growth, and purposeful action.

I have an extensive background in peace and spirituality, holding master’s degrees in Peacebuilding, Public Health, and Spirituality. My professional journey has included service with international peace organizations, the United Nations, and the Library of Alexandria, where I focused on promoting dialogue, fostering understanding, and celebrating cultural diversity.

As a Spiritual Peace Coach, Peacemaker, Nonviolent Communication facilitator, and Founder of Light of Peace Sanctuary, I have spent years training and mentoring individuals in empathy, respect, and inclusion. I have facilitated programs across Africa, Asia, and the Americas, helping people reconnect with their authentic essence and live with empathy, compassion, and purpose.
