Marcia McKingley-Lewis is a certified professional coach and leadership strategist who helps executives and leaders strengthen the clarity, confidence, and capacity to lead well in complex environments. Often called the “Coach Whisperer,” she has a way of quickly creating the kind of coaching space where leaders feel safe enough to say what they may not be able to say in the room, explore what may be getting in their way, and gain the perspective needed to move forward with greater intention.
With more than 25 years of leadership and consulting experience, Marcia brings a people-first, capacity-driven approach to coaching.
