Biography
Sarah Easter is an ICF-credentialed executive and leadership coach who brings more than 20 years of experience across for-profit and nonprofit organizations and higher education. Her background as a business strategist, management professor, and qualitative researcher provides a distinctive perspective on leadership, organizational dynamics, and professional growth.
Sarah began her career in marketing communications and strategy before serving as a business development advisor for a social enterprise in Vietnam. She later spent a decade as a management professor at Abilene Christian University, teaching and working alongside emerging and established leaders while continuing to collaborate with organizations across sectors. These experiences shaped her passion for helping individuals and organizations grow, particularly those seeking to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
As a coach, Sarah partners with emerging and established leaders navigating change, seeking to grow in their leadership effectiveness, or exploring what's next in their professional journeys. Drawing on her background in qualitative research, she brings deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and an ability to recognize patterns and understand the broader context of the challenges leaders face. She creates space for clients to challenge assumptions, explore new perspectives, and discover solutions that align with their goals and values.

In addition to her ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, Sarah holds a PhD in International Management and an MBA. She is also certified in CliftonStrengths, Hogan Assessments, and EQ-i 2.0/EQ-i 360 emotional intelligence assessments.
