ABOUT BROCK
Brock Everett is a leadership strategist, executive coach, organizational readiness consultant with more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning military service, technology, organizational leadership, and community engagement. A U.S. Navy veteran and founder of Essential Being Coaching & Consulting, he partners with leaders, professionals and organizations to navigate change, strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational readiness, and build inclusive, high performing cultures.
As an ICF ACC-credentialed coach, Certified Professional Diversity Coach, DISC practitioner, and LUMA Human -Centered Design facilitator, Brock’s work focuses on leadership development, military transition, organizational readiness, and workforce development.
