Biography
Sharon L. Williams, MA, ACC, CMHW
Sharon L. Williams, MA, ACC, CMHW, is an ICF-credentialed professional coach, positive psychology practitioner, and Certified Community Mental Health Worker through 4C Mental Health. She is the founder of House of Empress Loryne Coaching Practice, where she supports adults who are navigating life transitions, personal growth, wellness, grief, loss, and challenging seasons of life.
Sharon’s coaching is rooted in one simple belief: you are the expert on your own life. She does not believe coaching is about telling people what to do or having all the answers. Instead, she creates a safe and judgment-free space where clients can slow down, be honest about where they are, explore what matters to them, and discover their own path forward.
With a Master of Science in Positive Psychology and her ICF-ACC credential, Sharon brings a strengths-based, whole-person approach to her coaching practice. She combines professional coaching skills with an understanding of resilience, personal development, emotional well-being, and the many experiences that can shape a person's journey.
Her professional background spans healthcare, benefits, customer support, coaching, and helping people navigate important life decisions. These experiences have allowed Sharon to work with people from many different backgrounds and circumstances. They have also taught her the importance of listening—not simply to respond, but to truly understand.
Sharon believes that sometimes people spend so much time taking care of others that they lose sight of themselves. Others may find themselves at a crossroads after a major life change, loss, career transition, relationship change, or simply realizing that the life they are living no longer feels like the life they want.
Her coaching provides space to pause and ask important questions: What do I really want? What matters to me now? What is holding me back? What strengths have carried me this far? And what is the next step I am ready to take?
Sharon has a special interest in supporting adults through life transitions, grief and loss, wellness, confidence, resilience, and personal growth. Her approach is compassionate, conversational, practical, and grounded in meeting people where they are.
Through House of Empress Loryne Coaching Practice, Sharon encourages clients to recognize that their circumstances may be part of their story, but they do not have to write the ending.
She believes that healing and growth do not always happen overnight. Sometimes they begin with one honest conversation, one decision, one boundary, one act of self-care, or one small step forward.
You don't have to have your whole life figured out. You don't have to know every step. You just have to be willing to take the next one.
Sharon's mission is to walk alongside her clients with compassion, respect, and genuine care as they reconnect with themselves, recognize their strengths, and create a life that feels more meaningful and authentic to who they are.
Your story isn't over. There's still more life to live, more possibilities to explore, and more of you to discover.
