Biography
Rebecca Kerper is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and former Fortune 500 executive who helps leaders navigate growth, change, and the increasingly complex demands of leadership.
Before becoming a coach, Rebecca spent 25 years in leadership roles at QVC Group, most recently serving as Chief Digital Officer of HSN. Her career included leading large, cross-functional teams and major business transformations across the U.S. and internationally. That experience gives her a practical understanding of what it takes to lead when the stakes are high, the path forward isn’t always clear, and the expectations keep changing.
Today, Rebecca coaches executives and senior leaders across industries. Her clients have included leaders at organizations such as Google, Disney, IBM, American Express, Pfizer, Accenture, and Stanford Health Care.
Rebecca’s coaching is practical, candid, and highly personalized. She creates space for leaders to step outside the demands of the day-to-day, see themselves and their situations more clearly, challenge patterns that may no longer be serving them, and translate insight into meaningful action. Her coaching often focuses on executive presence and influence, strategic thinking, leadership transitions, stakeholder management, communication, and navigating organizational change.
Rebecca is also actively involved in the coaching and leadership development community. She serves on the Board of Directors for ICF Central Florida and leads empowerment workshops for Dress for Success, helping women build the confidence and skills to advance their careers.
Outside of coaching, Rebecca is happiest when she’s creating - whether through pottery, painting, or whatever new creative pursuit has caught her attention. She also leads creative workshops in her local community, bringing people together to experiment, make something with their hands, and connect. She lives in Tampa with her husband and four sons, who keep life interesting and make sure she never takes herself too seriously.
