Biography
From CEO to Executive Coach, I empower leaders to thrive—with clarity, courage, and connection.
For over 25 years, I led mission-driven organizations through growth, transformation, and impact. As a nonprofit CEO, I lived the complexities of leadership—navigating board dynamics, cultivating teams, balancing vision with execution—all while staying true to my values.
Today, I coach high-performing leaders and executive teams who are ready to lead with intention, build healthier cultures, and stay grounded in their purpose. I bring a blend of lived experience, deep listening, and strategic insight to every conversation.
My clients include CEOs, senior executives, and rising leaders across sectors who want more than just results—they want impact, alignment, and legacy. Together, we co-create space for reflection, accountability, and meaningful growth.
Because leadership isn’t just about doing the work—it’s about staying connected to why you do it.
If you're leading at the top and ready to reconnect with what matters most, let's talk.
