Biography
For more than 30 years, my work has centered on one thing: helping people grow into what is next for them. I’ve had the privilege of serving as a teacher, principal, district administrator, university instructor, charter school founder, nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, and now executive leadership coach. Along the way, I earned my PhD and MBA and became an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Those credentials matter, but what shapes my coaching most is my experience leading, building, transitioning, succeeding, stumbling, starting again, and making significant decisions about what success means at different stages of life and leadership.
My coaching style is warm, candid, strategic, and action-oriented. I will give you room to think, but I will also ask the questions that help you move beyond where you may have gotten stuck. Our work centers on Clarity, Alignment, and Discipline: getting clear about what you want and what success requires from you now, aligning your decisions and priorities with that vision, and developing the discipline and accountability to move it forward. I believe you are the CEO of your life, which means I am not here to tell you what your life or career should look like. My role is to help you see more clearly, recognize what may need to change, and develop a strategy for moving forward with intention. If you are ready to think differently about what comes next, I would welcome the opportunity to have that conversation with you.
