Kathy Knapp, PhD, PCC
ICF-CF Membership Experience Chair and Chapter Board Member
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your Membership Experience Chair and I am excited to be a part of ICF-Central Florida's amazing leadership team. I love meeting and getting to know people!
I have deep passion for all things Organizational Leadership and Leader Development. I found these during my first career (30 years in the Army!), and as a Leadership Coach (13 years with ICF credentials!), and as a life-long learner (PhD in OL with emphasis on coaching!) I feel so lucky to to find my joy working with people so they can shine.
Here are several of my personal big picture perspectives:
Curiosity - keep my heart and mind open to new ideas
Relationships - build connections with individuals, then groups
Stress - hold on to self-permission to actively use my pause button
Nutrition - treat food like medicine so I don't need to treat medicine like it's food
Exercise - continue building strong and lean muscles to sustain mobility throughout my life
